Job Responsibilities
In the role of application specialist, you are responsible for training customers in inpatient care on the use of B. Braun's own infusion systems throughout Sweden. You ensure that training materials and programs, both digital and physical, are updated and develop new materials as new features are introduced for the pumps. The training is aimed at nurses and pharmacists who use the OnlineSuite Plus application Drug Library Manager. In consultation with the medically responsible doctors at each customer/hospital, you are also responsible for creating medication lists for customers who request this during implementations. You work independently and results-oriented in the role but have the support of a successful application team and work with a broad and exciting product portfolio. You belong to the AIS team, which consists of eight colleagues. Travel within Sweden is part of the job. In this role, you will be offered comprehensive training in the system and receive ongoing education and coaching in the field.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Educated nurse/pharmacist or equivalent experience as a medical technology salesperson or application specialist in medical technology • Technical interest • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Knowledge of the Office suite, primarily Excel • B driver's license • Work experience as an intensive care nurse is highly meritorious To thrive in the role, you are proactive and have the ability to prioritize where to focus your efforts, as you primarily work independently. Furthermore, you are communicative and relationship-building, with the ability to adapt to different people and build trust. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and have a pedagogical flair that allows you to explain complex systems in a simple and engaging way. Your humility and willingness to help customers, along with your drive to find solutions to their challenges, are crucial.
