Lexium Service Management is looking for a property technician/property caretaker with experience in the craft profession and who is familiar with heating and cooling systems. If you are certified and trained in any of these areas, it is an advantage. We place great value on experience in these areas. The position is located in the Stockholm area.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a sense of service and be self-driven. Being able to see and, above all, understand what needs to be done and when it needs to be done is an important quality in this position. The role also requires you to be flexible and able to plan/prioritize your tasks in a structured manner.

Being able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for managing the role.

Your tasks and responsibilities;

• Supervision, rounds, maintenance, and troubleshooting repairs in technical installations in properties such as electricity, water, ventilation, heating, and minor carpentry
• Some outdoor environment maintenance of grass/hard surfaces
• Independently manage administration/invoicing/vendor invoices
• Assist with internal relocations
• Be the contact person for subcontractors and guide them to the work site for tasks/actions
• Propose preventive measures, maintenance, energy optimization

Qualifications and requirements:

• Education focused on property technology (or equivalent experience)
• >3 years of experience as a property technician or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills
• Driven to perform quality work
• Driver's license B

Workplace and hours: The positions are full-time with working hours between 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. Some on-call duty may be required.
