The Role:

As the bar manager at YOMO, you will be responsible for creating and driving a first-class bar experience that aligns with our concept. You will lead the bar team and ensure that every guest has a unique and memorable experience, with high quality in both service and drinks. Your role includes developing the drink menu, ensuring efficient inventory management, and contributing to an inspiring atmosphere reminiscent of 20th-century Shanghai.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You have experience as a bar manager or in a similar role within the restaurant or bar industry.
• You have a passion for mixology and beverage culture, with the ability to create innovative drink experiences.
• You possess natural leadership qualities and can build an engaged and motivated team.
• An interest in Asian flavors and culinary culture is a big plus!
