Instructor in Game Programming – Focus on Hardware

Do you want to help educate the game developers of the future? We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable instructor in game programming with a focus on hardware who wants to inspire and guide students in one of the industry's most technical areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in game development, hardware optimization, and system adaptation. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, you will teach students how to adapt and optimize games for various devices, from computers to mobile platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Teach game development and hardware optimization.
• Explain how computer and mobile device components affect game performance.
• Help students adapt game code to different systems and hardware platforms.
• Guide and assess practical components within executable programs and optimization.
• Contribute to the development of course materials and teaching methods.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in game development with a focus on hardware and optimization.
• A good understanding of computer and mobile device components.
• The ability to adapt game code to different systems and performance requirements.
• Experience in building executable programs and optimizing graphics and performance.
• A pedagogical interest and a desire to inspire and educate the next generation.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in teaching or mentoring.
• Knowledge of game engines and graphics optimization.
• Experience in low-level programming and system adaptation.
