Career and Study Counselor with IB Competence – Shape the Future Guidance with Cultor!

Are you an experienced and dedicated career and study counselor with knowledge of IB programs? Do you want to work flexibly and innovatively with students in MYP, IB Diploma Programme, and IB Career-related Programme? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role and Cultor:

As a career counselor with IB competence at Cultor, you will work with students from various schools and backgrounds, both digitally and on-site. You will support students in their academic and career choices and help them navigate the opportunities and challenges that IB programs present. Through individual conversations and group activities, you will guide students towards higher education and the workforce, both nationally and internationally.

At Cultor, we function as an integrated part of the schools' operations and a natural partner in the students' educational journey. We offer guidance that is accessible, personalized, and future-oriented, aiming to provide each student with the best possible conditions to make informed decisions about their studies and career choices.

We work both digitally and on-site, providing a high degree of flexibility and accessibility for students. Our digital guidance takes place through OnePlan – an innovative digital meeting room that ensures structured and effective guidance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Individual counseling sessions and group activities with students from various schools.
• Collaborating closely with school staff and external partners to create cohesive support for students.
• Adapting guidance to each student's unique background and needs, with a responsive and inclusive approach.
• Staying updated on labor market changes and educational opportunities to provide current and relevant guidance.
• Contributing to the development of innovative guidance methods that improve students' access to support and information.
• Using OnePlan to ensure structured and accessible digital guidance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education and speaks English fluently.
• Has experience working in international contexts, preferably with IB students, and an understanding of MYP, IB DP, and IB CP.
• Is communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a flexible and dynamic work environment and possesses digital competence.
