Qualified Teacher in Swedish for Hourly Employment

We are looking for a qualified teacher in the subject.

The courses are designed in a clear course structure, and you will receive training in the digital systems used for the courses.

Qualifications

You are an engaged teacher with a teaching license and qualifications in the subject. We are looking for someone who wants to teach as an hourly employee, with an annual workload of under 40%.

The courses start several times a year, and students can study at their own pace (between 5-20 weeks).

Experience in adult education is an advantage but not a requirement.

You need to have experience and a strong interest in teaching in a digital format as these courses are conducted via our learning platform Canvas. You are well-versed in using digital meeting tools as resources for your mentoring sessions. You work systematically within an existing course structure and spend most of your time ensuring that students achieve course objectives through feedback, motivating presentations of clarifying nature, grading, and assessment.

We would also appreciate if you have experience with other cultures and knowledge of multiple languages besides Swedish.

Employment

We offer a fixed-term employment with hourly pay. Start date according to agreement. We apply the collective agreement between Almega and the unions Sveriges Lärare and Vision.

The work location is according to agreement.
