We are now looking for a restaurant employee who, with joy and positivity, wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all guests of the restaurant.

The job includes, among other things, preparation and serving of food and drinks, cash handling, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant MR Tallkronan

MR Tallkronan is a restaurant located in the military area F21. Here we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals daily to about 250 conscripts and employees in the area. Working hours vary, starting as early as 05:30 and working as late as 18:00. Weekend work occurs. On special occasions, we also serve at finer dinners and other events such as Christmas buffets.

You will be part of a workgroup consisting of about 10 people where we collaborate daily to provide service to our guests through buffet service, orders, cooking, deliveries, dishwashing, etc.

Since we operate within a protected area, a background check and confidentiality certificate are required. The background check must be without remarks, and you must be a Swedish citizen since the operation is conducted within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You have a driver's license.
• Swedish citizen.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
• You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and easily collaborate and communicate
• You can take your own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus
