Sushi Bay will open on May 1st. The restaurant is a sushi restaurant focusing on Japanese cuisine located in the heart of Stockholm. We are now looking for a sushi chef who wants to be part of our team as soon as possible.

As a sushi chef with us, you will:

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and standards.

• Ensure the highest quality and follow our hygiene and safety procedures.

• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and collaborate with other team members in the kitchen.

• Be involved in menu development and suggest new dishes.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role.

• Have good knowledge of sushi.

• It is a plus if you speak a third language, such as Bengali, but it is not a requirement.

Working conditions

• Working hours: Shift work may occur, including evenings and weekends.

• Salary and benefits according to the applicable collective agreement.
