As a sous chef with us, you are an important part of the operation and play a significant role in providing guests with a world-class experience. As the name suggests, the core idea of our cooking is smoke and fire, and we are proud to be the first wood-fired BBQ restaurant in Stockholm. We smoke the majority of our food in our wood-fired smoker but also have a lot of other items on the menu. We always strive to work with seasonal ingredients, and everything we do, we do ourselves and from scratch.
We are now looking for someone with at least a couple of years of experience in a responsible role who has good foundational knowledge of cooking from an à la carte kitchen. You are used to working in a sometimes fast-paced environment with style and finesse. Communication is very important, so we prefer that you can speak Swedish or have extensive experience communicating in an international kitchen. We place great emphasis on being meticulous, quality-conscious, cooperative, and adaptable to different situations. Leadership skills are a requirement.
