About the Position

Our client, a leading player in production, is expanding and is now looking for dedicated operators for their established production line in Alingsås. As an operator, you will be a key person in production, responsible for monitoring machines, inspecting produced materials, and ensuring a continuous production flow.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, unpretentious, and responsible.
• Thrives in a smaller organization and sees it as a strength to work cross-functionally when required.
• Has an interest in machinery or is technically inclined and wants to develop in the field?
• Experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse work is advantageous.
• Has good computer skills and is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• It is a plus if you hold a forklift license A+B (not a requirement)

About the Role:

• Monitor machines and the quality of produced materials.
• Control the supply of materials to prevent production stoppages.
• Pack according to given instructions.
• Actively contribute to our client's expansion plans and help shape their new production line.

Workplace:

The workplace is located just 5 minutes from central Alingsås. You will be part of a smaller team where you are responsible for your tasks individually. Working hours are during the day.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
