About the Position

As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various components according to specifications and drawings for our client. You will work to ensure quality and precision at every step of the assembly process and perform tests to verify functionality and safety. If necessary, you will troubleshoot and adjust equipment to optimize performance. The position also involves collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals and delivery times.

About You

Formal Competence

You should have documented experience in assembly within the manufacturing industry and good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings. To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous and have an eye for detail. You should also have basic computer skills and be able to handle commonly used programs in production. You also need to be familiar with tools.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with LEAN methods and have participated in improvement projects. If you have completed high school with a focus on industry or technology, it may be beneficial. Knowledge of electronics and automation is also advantageous, as well as certifications in quality assurance or safety standards. Experience using advanced assembly tools and machines, as well as the ability to lead smaller teams, can give you an extra advantage in the selection process. We also value previous work in international environments.
