Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for vehicle assemblers with an interest in cars and technology for our client in Gothenburg. Here you will work in a workshop environment making custom adaptations of vehicles for professional use, renovations of interiors, and installing alarms, additional equipment such as tow bars, engine heaters, and GPS on custom-ordered cars. The work requires high precision and the ability to follow instructions, manuals, and wiring diagrams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assembly of components on cars
• Quality control
• Driving cars to and from designated assembly areas
• Renovation of vans and transport vehicles with shelving systems, work lighting, and power outlets.
• Installation of interiors such as reinforced seats, fastening devices, and other customized equipment.
• Related tasks such as cleaning your own workspace, etc.

Location: Gothenburg
Working hours: Monday – Friday, daytime
Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately/As agreed

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of vehicle assembler, we believe you have a special passion for cars and engines. You will be welcomed into a workplace where you receive proper training and quickly become part of the community. Since the assemblies are of an advanced nature (it can take from 10 hours to 3 weeks to complete a task), we prefer that you have previous experience in assembly, preferably with a focus on electrical work, or experience from working on your own car. However, this is not a requirement, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements for the position:

• Have a B driver's license for manual cars. This is necessary as you will need to drive cars in and out of the designated assembly area.
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Have a clean criminal record. A background check will be conducted if you proceed in the process.

Preferred qualifications:

• Have education in electrical engineering or previous experience in electronics assembly as the work involves electrical installation.
• Have a strong interest in cars or education with a focus on automotive technology.
