We are currently looking for three skilled automotive mechanics with expertise in vehicle manufacturing and problem-solving.

About the Role

In this role, you will work on building complete vehicles to the highest standards. Unlike traditional car production, this position involves craftsmanship where every detail matters.

You will be a central part of establishing and optimizing the production process, ensuring quality, and contributing with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build complete vehicles from start to finished product.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Carefully follow technical drawings and adapt to customer-specific requirements.
• Test, adjust, and optimize the vehicle's function and performance.
• Participate in the development of the building process and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have several years of experience as a mechanic or assembler. You should have a strong technical understanding, be able to read and interpret technical drawings, and have experience building and assembling vehicles according to customer specifications.

Good ability to follow instructions and reading drawings is crucial. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have good experience using both manual and machine-driven tools. Experience working in a team and the ability to take responsibility and work independently is also important.

As the job requires communication in both Swedish and English, good knowledge of both languages is a requirement to follow instructions and descriptions.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for a technical expert with a strong understanding of car building. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a natural inclination for problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a mechanic, technician, or assembler in the automotive field.
• Experience building cars from the ground up, not just assembly line work.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with working according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

• Experience in custom manufacturing or tailored vehicle solutions.
• Previous work with exclusive or advanced vehicles.
