This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client in Töreboda. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client.

About the role as an operator

You will work with wood processing, crane operation, and other important production tasks for our client. It is a technically challenging and varied job where you will work with machine monitoring, board cutting, and various stages of the manufacturing process. Together with skilled and experienced colleagues, you will ensure that production runs efficiently. The job is both physically demanding and fast-paced, perfect for you who thrive in a dynamic and eventful work environment within the wood industry.

Location: Töreboda

Working hours: Daytime. You also need to be open to shift work as different shifts may occur.

Furthermore, we would like you to have previous experience in the industry. It is important that you are helpful, unpretentious, and driven by the opportunity to develop, learn new things, and do a really good job. You also need to be engaged, responsible, and proactive. We will place great emphasis on your personality.

Requirements for the position

• Complete high school diploma
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Practical and technically inclined

Meritorious

• Forklift license
• Technical education
• Experience in similar tasks
• Experience in reading blueprints
