CNC Manufacturing is now looking for a CNC Supervisor who wants to take the next step in their career and play a key role in our growing business. As a CNC Supervisor, you have a central role in production. You are responsible for setting up and optimizing CNC machines, programming and preparing CAM files, and ensuring that production meets high quality and safety standards. An important part of the job is to lead and support the operators in their daily work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Optimize production processes and machine settings
• Program and prepare CAM files based on customer specifications
• Drive improvement work according to Lean principles
• Contribute technical expertise during the quotation phase
• Ensure unmanned operation and production optimization
• Develop operator competencies
• Participate in planning meetings and production follow-ups

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and production, who thrives in a role where you can combine technical knowledge with leadership. You have experience in CNC machining, programming, and CAM preparation, as well as a good understanding of how production flows can be optimized. Experience in both milling and turning is an advantage.
