Our client is a reputable company with over 40 years of experience in industrial services, currently seeking a manual lathe operator for their workshop. They specialize in manufacturing spare parts and components for the industry and strive to offer the highest quality and fast service.

We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of an engaged team of 17 people and contribute to continued success!

Your responsibilities:

• Manual turning: Processing metal components and details on manual lathes, according to drawings and specifications.
• Measuring and inspection: Accurate measurement and inspection of manufactured parts using precision techniques to ensure all products meet the correct dimensions and tolerances.
• Working with various materials: Processing a range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and rubber, focusing on precision and durability.
• Adjustment and maintenance of machines: Regular maintenance and adjustment of lathes to ensure optimal workflow and minimize downtime.
• Technical problem-solving: You will work closely with the team to solve technical challenges and suggest improvements to optimize production.
• Collaboration with other departments: Close collaboration with project managers, technicians, and other operators to ensure smooth production and delivery of high-quality products.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in manual turning and preferably has worked with various types of materials.
• Has basic technical knowledge and the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has a strong interest in technical challenges.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish to communicate effectively at work and follow instructions.
• Is self-driven, responsible, and enjoys working in a productive team.
