About the Company

We are your tire workshop in Uddevalla, passionate about tires and rims! Our extensive experience and broad knowledge enable us to assist you with most things. At Bastionens Däckpool, you will receive help with everything related to tires and rims. In our tire workshop, we service your tires and ensure they function as they should. We also sell tires for motorcycles and passenger cars. You can also find truck and tractor tires here with us! Additionally, we offer seasonal tire storage, providing tire hotel services at a low cost so you can save your storage space at home.

Job Description

As a tire changer, you will be responsible for changing, balancing, and mounting tires on various vehicles for our customers. You will perform basic inspections of the tires' condition and ensure they meet safety and quality standards. The job also includes using relevant equipment and tools and keeping the work area clean and organized. You will contribute to an efficient work process and ensure that the customer's needs and wishes are always met.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with basic competence in automotive mechanics, preferably with a high school education focused on automotive technology. You should have experience in tire changing and vehicle maintenance and hold a valid driver's license. Good physical health and the ability to handle heavy lifting are essential for the tasks. The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team is crucial for success in the role of tire changer at Bastionens Däckpartner.

It is advantageous if you have previous work experience in tire service or automotive workshop environments. Knowledge of different tire types and their specific characteristics is a plus. Certifications in vehicle maintenance or specialized training in tire technology will be seen as a bonus. Experience in customer service and sales in the automotive industry is also valuable, as it demonstrates the ability to build good relationships with customers and provide them with professional advice.

Requirements

Driver's license and access to a car.
Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.
