About the company

You will work with one of our clients in the industry. The clients may have needs for various competencies within industry and production, such as assembler or machine operator.

The position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Effektiv Vårgårda/Alingsås and hired out to one of our clients in the Vårgårda, Herrljunga, and Alingsås area.

What does the role offer?

As a production worker, you may have several different areas of responsibility. You will be part of the production team and your tasks may include:

• Assembly of various components.
• Handling and monitoring of machines and equipment.
• Conducting quality controls.
• Sorting and packaging of finished products.
• Driving a forklift.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The work can be physically demanding and involve heavy lifting. Working hours vary depending on the assignment and may include different shifts.

Who are you?

If you have experience from the industry or education in the field, you will fit in well here. Alternatively, if you have an interest in technology or good technical understanding. We are looking for someone who has a driver's license and access to their own car. A requirement is that you speak and understand Swedish in both speech and writing. Previous experience of working in the industry is meritorious but not a requirement. You should have a forklift license and experience. You need to be at least 18 years old.

As a person, you are responsible and a quick learner. You need to have a willingness and ability to collaborate with your colleagues. If you are also willing to learn and develop, you will become a very valuable employee with us.
