We are now looking for our next Large Account Manager for our sales team working with our larger clients.

You & us & the job

You will belong to our Large Account team in Gothenburg, consisting of 7 employees. Here you will play an important role in contributing to our success and building relationships with both existing and new customers. Travel is part of the job. You will report to the Sales Manager for Large Accounts West.

What you will do

  • As an Account Manager, you will work with selected customers within PostNord at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to ensure long-term growth and profitability for your customer base.
  • You are responsible for independently establishing a strong network with customers and identifying new business opportunities, guiding the customer through the sales process to closure.
  • Through a deep understanding of the customer's business, you identify and define both stated and underlying needs.
  • You are responsible for calculating and offering value-creating solutions and following up on business results and goal fulfillment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring we deliver according to established customer plans.
  • You proactively work with customers to implement won business within agreed timelines.
  • You are the bridge between PostNord and our customers – both to sell our offerings and to provide feedback on market insights.
  • You stay updated on PostNord's offerings, processes, operational systems, sales tools such as sales support materials, pricing policies, and more.

  • You are skilled at keeping track of contracts and legal issues surrounding our services.
  • You are a storyteller and have the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Collaboration at all levels - you collaborate well and move easily within the highest management levels both internally and with customers.
  • You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

  • Education in sales, business acumen, and sales techniques, such as Spin.
  • Relevant academic degree, for example in economics, marketing, industrial economics, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of documented experience in your own sales role against large companies, with both conceptual sales and sales of complex services and customer-specific solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Solid experience working with heavy logistics within verticals such as wholesalers, manufacturing, and the automotive industry.
  • Good understanding of buying logic and business processes within logistics, B2B, B2C, and supply chain.
  • You have the ability to sell and negotiate with corporate management and professional decision-makers with specialist competence based on business conditions.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
