Job Description

As a property caretaker with us, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the properties. The main tasks include planning, executing, and quality-assuring our delivery of supervision, maintenance, and corrective repairs in the properties we manage. You will receive and report completed work in digital systems. You are service- and solution-oriented, have a good ability to plan your work, and are driven to deliver high quality. Your responsibilities include daily contact with customers and contractors.

Profile

As a person, you have a strong interest in working with properties. You are a curious and positive person with initiative who creates positive contacts both internally and externally. You are attentive, meticulous, reliable, and engaged. You have a business-oriented mindset and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent knowledge.
• Previous experience as a property caretaker or equivalent work experience.
• You have building technical competence.
• You are social and good at building relationships.
• You are proactive and good at identifying customer needs.
• You are good at planning your workdays and creating structure.
• You find solutions when faced with challenges.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good ability to work with IT-based tools and systems.
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.
