We are now looking for a Breakfast Host/Hostess at Scandic Mölndal.

What does the role entail?

Your primary role is to work with your colleagues to create the best possible breakfast experience for our guests. This includes providing our guests with a positive reception and excellent service, as well as ensuring that the buffets are always filled and inviting. It also includes simple cooking, preparation, and serving. You will ensure that dishwashing, cleanliness, and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policies, concepts, and manuals. Working hours are mornings/forenoon with weekend work every other weekend. In this position, you must be able to start at 5:00 AM.

Who are you?

You are an early riser, passionate about service, and always put the well-being of the guests at the center. You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and can communicate in Swedish and English. To fit this role, we believe you have at least one year of experience in a similar position. However, your personal qualities and attitude are the most important. To fit this role, you need to be a good team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
