About HemTrevnad:
HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the law on choice was introduced in 2009. Individuals who have been granted home care and security alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their provider. We operate in almost the entire Alingsås Municipality! HemTrevnad also provides services that are eligible for RUT deductions. The goal is for HemTrevnad's users to live a good life and have a meaningful and secure everyday life with support from HemTrevnad's staff. At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and situation-adapted approach.

Job Responsibilities
Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual’s implementation plan. Approved services can range from lighter activities such as walks to caring for individuals with significant care needs and advanced health and medical services delegated by a nurse. Health and medical services are signed digitally on mobile devices, and you document in Combine.
Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need at the right time and delivered with high quality. The work includes teamwork with other professional categories, and you need to have good collaboration skills. You must be able to handle the questions that arise in everyday life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.
Your work includes being socially responsible for a number of users and taking on extra responsibility.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old and have a recognized care assistant education and can present a professional certificate. You have a B driver's license or can cycle. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are self-assured and able to perform your work with precision, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of our operation, and we believe you share our humanistic values and have good communication skills.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability; you need to be empathetic and able to build good relationships with users and their relatives as well as with other professional groups you collaborate with. You need to have a good understanding of your fellow human beings and always assume that everyone is doing their best.
A criminal record extract is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
