In this role, you will work within the municipal healthcare system, which includes: ✔ Home healthcare in ordinary housing

✔ Care homes

✔ Dementia care

You will work with medical assessments, medication management, coordination of care efforts, and close collaboration with nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure good and safe care for patients.

Requirements and qualifications

• Licensed nurse
