JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you have experience in a coordinating role? Interest in IT development and experience in development work that needs to be translated into practical implementation? Have you worked with issues in the green sector? Then you could be one of our new colleagues!
We are looking for two coordinators for the control and land monitoring unit. We are 16 employees in the unit who work in different groups that collectively drive the work forward. You will have your own responsibility for ensuring that tasks are completed while also collaborating with colleagues. The work involves cooperation with colleagues within the Swedish Board of Agriculture and other authorities.
The unit works with several areas within agricultural support, field controls, digital monitoring of agricultural land, processing of basic conditions, and quality assessment of agricultural support. Our task is to translate regulations into various tools and conduct training so that the county administrative boards have the prerequisites to carry out practical work.
The EU's agricultural policy is implemented through various reforms. In the coming years, we will simultaneously work with the current and next reform. This means that the work will be characterized by shaping, developing, and launching future agricultural policy. This will include writing background documents, designing and realizing new support and working methods, developing our IT systems, and introducing digital technology. Alongside this work, we will focus on finding more efficient working methods so that the entire agricultural support process has a more efficient flow to benefit our customers. The work will be characterized by a lot of new development where each individual and we together must be proactive.
Your main tasks will include:
- Analyzing regulations related to our areas of responsibility.
- Developing new working methods and approaches to find more efficient ways of working.
- Writing instructions and routines for how the county administrative boards should carry out practical work, providing support and follow-up.
- Defining requirements for how IT systems should function and testing IT systems.
- Conducting training.
- Managing and analyzing data and reporting back to various recipients.
A common thread in our work is to communicate with others to find the best solutions; you will have many points of contact. The external environment is changing, and we must continuously work on improvements and changes, such as developing our processes or using new technology. We also participate in audits in the area. Work in projects and investigations may occur.
Travel may occur to a lesser extent.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a university degree or work experience from an authority or company in the green sector. It is advantageous if you have previous work experience in a coordinating role. If you have experience in development work, have worked with or have knowledge of EU support, or are familiar with the conditions and prerequisites of agriculture, that is also an advantage. You are accustomed to working in various IT systems. You can express yourself well in writing and speech in Swedish and feel comfortable reading in English.

The primary work location is Jönköping, but placements in Landskrona or Uppsala may also be possible. There is an opportunity to work part of the time remotely.
