As a support technician in our HelpDesk, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, resolving, and following up on cases from our users across Europe. In the support function, you will handle several different systems and IT services, as well as drive improvement work and development of our support platform.

Do you want valuable experience this summer?

We are looking for someone who has education or is studying IT or has equivalent experience from working as a support technician. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Microsoft's environment (client, server, O365), networking (Cisco), virtualization (VMWare), telecom, mobile telephony, and experience working in an ITIL environment. You have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You find it easy to collaborate with people around you and have a high degree of flexibility. We place great importance on personal qualities and value drive, responsibility, and good communication.
