Are you an IT-savvy system administrator who enjoys improving and developing processes and systems? We are now looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and enjoys working on various projects with diverse tasks. In the role of IT administrator, you will work broadly where the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop is part of your everyday life.

Main responsibilities:

• Overall work with Materia's IT environment and business systems
• Support the company's users in IT issues and business systems
• Identify and implement improvement/development projects within IT
• Be responsible for certain aspects during the launch of new products, updating the business system Navision Dynamics 2009
• Work on modernizing services and drive new solutions in the organization, including user manuals/training in business systems and IT environments
• Setup of computers and maintenance of AD, Microsoft software, as well as basic server/network work

The role also includes managing procurement of rental agreements for printers, mobile subscriptions, etc. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working with business systems and business development. You need to be communicative, structured, and enjoy working on different projects and varied tasks. We see that you are service-oriented, self-driven, and have good collaboration skills, and enjoy being proactive in smaller IT projects. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and servers.

You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
