We are now looking for an MDM Developer with experience in Profisee or other MDM platforms who wants to help build a powerful master data management system where data is reliable, integrated, and easily accessible.

About the role – What you will do

As an MDM Developer at ITAB, you will be a key player in our data management team. You will configure, develop, and optimize our MDM platform, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and that data quality is top-notch.

Your main responsibilities:

• ✅ Configure and optimize the MDM platform – Design data models, validation rules, and workflows.
• ✅ Ensure data quality – Implement rules for data matching, deduplication, and standardization.
• ✅ Integrate master data – Build APIs and ETL flows between MDM and systems like ERP, CRM, and BI.
• ✅ Troubleshoot and optimize performance – Identify and resolve issues in data flows and integrations.
• ✅ Collaborate with IT and business teams – Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure smooth data management.
• ✅ Automate processes – Develop smart workflows to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

What we are looking for – Is it you?

We are looking for a solution-oriented and analytical developer who wants to work at the intersection of data, IT, and business operations. You have experience working with MDM platforms and are accustomed to working with data integration and data quality.

Requirements (Must have)

• • 3+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation.
• • Experience with Profisee or other MDM platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica, Stibo).
• • Strong skills in SQL, ETL development, and data modeling.
• • Experience with API management and data integration (REST/SOAP).
• • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and the master data lifecycle.
• • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of Swedish.

Preferred (Big plus)

• ➕ Experience in retail or a similar industry.
• ➕ Understanding of business processes within supply chain, sales, and customer data.
• ➕ Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• ➕ Programming skills in Python, .NET, or C#.
• ➕ Experience working with MDM integrations in larger organizations.

• Knowledge sharing – Contribute to training and documentation within MDM.
