About the company

Carli Agri is a family-owned business that operates with "Modern machinery trade" – they buy directly from the factory and sell directly to customers throughout Sweden. They also handle the entire aftermarket with their own workshop, expertise, and spare parts inventory. Their goal is to be a knowledgeable, reliable, and "close" supplier, despite having only one physical facility. As their sales grow, they are now seeking a product specialist focused on their machines to continue developing.

About the position

As a product specialist at Carli Agri, you play a key role in ensuring knowledge transfer from supplier to customer. Your work includes everything from support during purchases and demonstrations of machines to selling spare parts and handling complaints.

The majority of the work takes place at our facility, where you are responsible for phone support, delivery of spare parts, and complaint handling. When starting up larger machines, conducting demonstration runs, or dealing with complicated complaints, the position may involve travel with overnight stays. Part of the job also includes responsibility for the transport of machines and spare parts.

You will have an independent role but still be part of their team. Specialized training takes place with their suppliers, both to provide a solid foundational training in the machines and to create important contacts for future collaboration.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong interest in agriculture and machinery technology
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in agricultural machinery
• Good command of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• The ability to work both independently and in a team
• A solution-oriented approach and an understanding of good service and accuracy

Meritorious:

• License for heavy trailers
• Experience of independent work
• Computer skills
• Familiarity with using English in daily work
