We are looking for a groundskeeper focused on green areas for our maintenance team at our farm and holiday resort. To be eligible for the position, you must be at least 18 years old.

We are seeking someone who wants to take care of our green areas, such as flower beds, lawns, and hedges/trees, and who can also assist with other outdoor tasks that may occur on a farm and a holiday resort. You will be responsible for:

· clearing brush and grass

· maintaining green areas including flower beds and lawns at the holiday resort and farm

· performing outdoor tasks such as minor maintenance of roads and buildings

· ensuring maintenance of the machinery you use in your work.

You must be able to drive a tractor.

You will have several colleagues, but you will primarily perform your tasks independently. Being able to work independently and being good at planning and prioritizing is of great importance. Being enthusiastic and positive is more important than having extensive experience in the profession.

The position is a seasonal employment starting as soon as you can until September. Work will take place on weekdays as well as weekends. Evening shifts may occur.

Who are we?

The position is performed at Anfasteröd farm AND at the holiday resort Anfasteröd Gårdsvik. The farm has several rental houses with extensive gardens that need maintenance. The holiday resort has 200 seasonal camping sites, 20 hotel cabins, glamping, and a restaurant. In addition, we offer a variety of activities around the sea and forest. Sustainability and the history of the place are important cornerstones of our business, and we enjoy nature experiences and new ideas.

We are a team of about 30 people during the peak season and 8 people year-round.

We operate in a beautiful location, and a lot of time is spent outdoors. There is an opportunity for kayaking in the sea as well as forest walks during lunch breaks. Our business is still under development, and there is plenty of room for your own ideas. We offer a creative job where no two days are the same.
