Caverion is now looking for a service technician in the HVAC area for our service assignment at Cytiva in Uppsala. We are in an expansive phase where the delivery of service services is growing, and therefore we need to strengthen the team with an additional HVAC service technician.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC technician, you will work with supervision, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of all existing HVAC systems. You are responsible for performing the work according to the customer's high demands for quality and safety. The role requires both technical and physical ability as well as being communicative and having good collaboration skills. On-call work is included.

The role also includes:

• Daily supervision.
• Optimization.
• Planning for supervision and maintenance of the management's HVAC systems and ancillary equipment.
• Analyzing and suggesting measures and participating in implementation.
• Participating in the regulation and adjustment of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Receiving fault reports and addressing them, as well as reporting back to the tenant.
• Using IT systems in daily work.
• Participating in maintenance planning.
• Assisting in project work.

Your background

• You have a technical high school education/HVAC training or many years of work experience from a similar role.
• Background and experience from complex HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of SBA.
• Experience from energy-efficient projects is an advantage.
• Experience from computerized operational monitoring and control is an advantage.
• Good ability in spoken and written Swedish.
