About the position as a Custodian

In your role as a Custodian, your main tasks will involve working with office service/internal service, collecting and distributing mail, picking up and receiving goods and packages, as well as unpacking materials and shipments.

Other tasks included:

Assist with moving and furnishing
Preparing premises and equipment for meetings and conferences
Conduct troubleshooting regarding the property, report and follow up on issues together with the property owner/property manager
Control access, manage access cards, and alarm management
Photography of new employees
Photoshop work
Ordering and receiving goods via portal

Assignment period and scope:

The position as a custodian is a full-time consulting assignment starting in May and is expected to last for one year.

Requirements for the position:

At least three (3) years of work experience as a custodian
Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Basic knowledge of case management systems
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
