HSB Uppsala is one of Sweden's 25 regional HSB associations, and our area of operation covers Uppsala County. We are owned by our over 20,000 members, and our mission is to create good, sustainable housing together. Our service offerings are broad and include newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and memberships for housing cooperatives and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are housing cooperatives, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

With us, craftsmen and technicians work with everything needed in and around our customers' properties to take care of them in the best way, from repairs and maintenance services to renovations and reconstructions.

As a service electrician in our Uppsala department, you will plan your workday together with management and colleagues to prioritize and handle incoming cases. We take on cases with a wide range of complexity and scope. This means that the work can be performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

In the role of service electrician, we offer you the opportunity to use your analytical skills and technical expertise to plan, price, and estimate time for upcoming projects.

Requirements Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrical training and work experience in the profession
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and new installation in electrical work
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a high sense of service and understand the importance of accuracy
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as most of the work takes place in people's home environments
• Good computer skills are necessary as all reporting is done digitally
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
