Your Responsibilities

As a production worker, you will play a key role in their daily operations by actively participating in the production process and ensuring that their high-quality standards are maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing finished products in a production facility by carefully following specified recipes and instructions. Your role will include operating machinery and equipment, forklift driving, conducting quality checks, and adhering to safety procedures and work instructions. Although the job requires independence, you will be part of a wonderful team where collaboration and communication are of the utmost priority.

Practical Information:

The work is done in 2 shifts, Monday - Friday
The morning shift is from 05:30 to 13:51 and the evening shift is from 13:31 to 21:37
The workplace is located in Märsta.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

A forklift license, experience with reach trucks is a plus
At least one year of experience in production or warehouse work within the relevant time frame
The ability to write and speak fluently in Swedish
Good computer skills are an advantage

We are looking for someone who is passionate, enjoys development, and constantly strives for improvement with a focus on high quality and delivery. You thrive in an industrial work environment and understand the importance of an active safety mindset and following safety procedures. The job also requires good physical ability.
