Dalsjöskolan is a school where staff and students thrive and work towards good academic results. Dalsjöskolan is a 4-9 school with 630 students and about 100 staff members. We have three parallel classes in the middle school and six in the high school. The school is a workplace with a positive atmosphere, and we work together based on current research. We have a well-functioning student health team consisting of a special educator, school nurse, school psychologist, and counselor who work preventively in close collaboration with the staff.

Job Responsibilities

You will primarily teach Spanish for grades 7-9. Your work includes planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching. The position may also include mentorship for a class. You will be part of a teaching team where there are opportunities to reflect on your work and receive support as needed, as well as solve challenges together.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher who is qualified to teach Spanish for grades 7-9. You enjoy being a teacher, meeting young people and adults from different backgrounds and circumstances. You demonstrate good leadership skills and create safety, order, and structure in the classroom through a professional and positive approach that contributes to students' development within the subjects. You work to create a safe and permissive learning environment with an approach that aligns with the school's values. You find it easy to establish and maintain good relationships with students, teachers, and guardians.
