Preschool Teacher Wanted for Preschool in Gothenburg

At Lärarpoolen, we specialize in recruitment and staffing of substitutes for educational institutions from preschool age up to high school.

We are currently assisting our client, a preschool in Gothenburg, in finding a preschool teacher.

Scope:

Full-time

Duration:

April 7 - September 15.

Can be off during the summer if desired.

We are looking for someone who:

• is an educated and licensed preschool teacher
• is interested in developing preschool pedagogy
• expresses themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• has several years of experience (meritorious but not required)
• is aware of their approach, values, and view of children
• is competent in their pedagogical leadership
• always puts the children's best interests first
• sees opportunities instead of obstacles
• is attentive to children, guardians, and colleagues
• is interested in collaborating for high goal achievement
• is skilled at making the pedagogical mission visible to guardians
• demonstrates responsibility and commitment
• is a role model for the children
• has a reflective approach and a well-thought-out purpose in activities
• can collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
• is responsible with our shared resources
