About us

Bondtech AB is an innovative company that develops and manufactures high-performance feeding systems and nozzles for 3D printing. Our products enable increased printing speed, time savings, and cost reductions for our customers worldwide. We are part of the Ernström Group, a group consisting of over 50 companies with a total turnover of approximately 4.6 billion SEK and more than 1,350 employees in the Nordic and Northern European regions.

With a strong international market position, we sell our products through OEMs, distributors, and our own webshop to customers in over 100 countries. Our operations are located in newly built, fresh premises in Bredasten, Värnamo.

With us, you will meet a dedicated team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of teamwork. We are now looking for a structured and analytical quality technician who wants to contribute to our continued development.

Your role

As a quality technician at Bondtech, you will play a central role in our quality work. You will have the opportunity to influence and improve our processes while working closely with both production and sales. We offer a dynamic work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. You feel equally comfortable behind a desk as you do on the shop floor.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for operational and preventive quality work
  • Work on improvement initiatives and process development
  • Create work and control instructions
  • Conduct measurements in measuring machines and produce measurement protocols
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
  • Support and assist production in quality work
  • Assist in production when needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to quality and a natural ability to identify solutions. You enjoy both administrative and practical tasks and want to be actively involved in our processes.

We would like you to have:

  • High school education, preferably with a technical focus
  • Experience in quality and quality systems
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably with machining
  • Good computer skills and experience working in business systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills and be able to express yourself clearly and engagingly in both speech and writing. You are meticulous, structured, and have an analytical ability that allows you to quickly see connections and find solutions.
