About us We are now looking for a unit manager in rehabilitation and short-term care for our cozy nursing home Enebacken. Enebacken is a care and nursing home with 108 places, of which two departments are for short-term and respite care. Three departments are somatic, and the remaining seven departments focus on individuals with dementia. Job responsibilities As a unit manager for rehabilitation (50%), you will work closely with the operations manager to drive daily operations and create the best conditions for employees to deliver care of the highest quality.

In your role, you will have the opportunity to work strategically at a varying pace and be an important link between employees, customers, and relatives. You will work independently and report to the operations manager while guiding and motivating the rehabilitation team in their professional development.

You will also be responsible for promoting a holistic perspective in the work and ensuring that decisions, goals, values, guidelines, agreements, and other overarching documents are followed effectively.

As an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist (50%), you will be responsible for providing individual treatment and rehabilitation to our residents. You will work closely with other staff to create a holistic view and the best possible quality of life for the elderly.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership role and has a genuine desire to work with the elderly and their well-being. You are independent, flexible, and have the ability to work both results-oriented and development-oriented. To succeed in the role, you need to be responsible, unpretentious, and have good collaboration skills. You are pedagogical in your guidance and always approach from a professional and respectful standpoint.

Qualifications and experience

• Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• Several years of experience as an occupational therapist/physiotherapist in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• At least two years of experience as a unit manager in elderly care
• Meritorious: B driver's license

Working hours/Duration

Full-time. Permanent employment.

According to the collective agreement, a 6-month probationary period applies.

Working hours are divided into 50% administration and 50% as an occupational therapist/physiotherapist.
