At Rosersbergs Slottshotell near Arlanda, we welcome guests from near and far to a completely unique environment at one of Sweden's royal castles. We offer conference and meeting rooms for those who require something extra, grand wedding halls with postcard backgrounds, and event venues with finesse and privacy. In our castle wings, our guests sleep like princes and dream of the historical echoes of Karl XIV Johan and his wife Desideria's former pleasure palace and summer residence.

Warm, personal, and sophisticated is the essence of our concept - we are now looking for someone with experience in running hotel restaurants and developing restaurant concepts. We seek someone who loves to provide service and inspire others to do the same! Most importantly, you want to help create a vibrant environment for people who enjoy the good things in life.

Your Profile

You have a passion for service and an eye for detail. You are flexible and easily find solutions while building relationships. You love guest contact and providing service; being operationally present is a given for you. Experience with the cash register system Pluto is a plus.

You are operations-oriented, a good salesperson, and find it stimulating and inspiring to work with upselling and goal-oriented tasks.

You are knowledgeable about food and beverages and are eager to share your knowledge with your colleagues as well as guests.

Our castle welcomes guests from all over the world, and it is a requirement that you speak Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.

Your main task is to ensure that we have, create, and develop the best conditions to provide the seamless, high-quality, and efficient service we stand for, so that our guests' overall experience becomes memorable and something beyond the ordinary.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The salary is according to agreement with a 6-month probation period. The position mainly involves evening operations where you will be responsible for the dining room and the staff working with you. However, both day and intermediate shifts may occur by agreement.
