We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and has a drive to learn.

General knowledge of boat spare parts is a requirement.

As a store salesperson, you will work with private customers and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell products. You want to work closely with the customer, engage in the meeting, and have the desire to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. You are a valued and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole.

Main responsibilities:

- Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and Saturdays (in season)

- Serve our workshop customers via phone and deliver products according to the workshop customer's order

- Keep order and display products in the store

- Assist end customers with simple assembly

- Actively work with upselling during customer visits

- Sell consumables and inventory to the workshops and manage restocking

- Ensure that returns from end customers are taken back to the store and processed correctly

- Drive delivery vehicle as needed

We are looking for someone who has:

- Work experience from a similar industry

- Work experience from service jobs and sales to companies and marine workshops is an advantage

- Completed high school education or equivalent, preferably with a marine technical focus

- Interest in marine technology

- Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented

- Positive attitude and solution-oriented

- Ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish

- Computer skills

- A valid B driver's license is required

Scope:

100% Employment type: Permanent, 6-month probationary period applies

Salary: Individual salary setting

We have a collective agreement
