ABOUT THE POSITION

As a traveling service technician based in Stockholm, you will be the company's representative at customer sites, working with technically advanced and customized system solutions. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and structured with strong problem-solving skills and customer focus. You thrive in working independently, take initiative, and build trust with customers through your communicative and service-oriented approach. As the company's face to the outside world, you are quality-conscious and professional. The position is home-based and covers Stockholm and surrounding areas.

The role involves close collaboration with salespeople, technical project managers, and customers, where your technical expertise and ability to share knowledge contribute to strengthening the team's competence and ensuring high delivery quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on existing installations
• Deployment of new installations
• Training customers in system functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a technical education
• Has several years of experience as a low-current technician
• Has experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment
• Has good IT skills
• Can speak and write in Swedish and English as both languages are used in your daily work
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have experience from a similar role.
