Welcome to the District Veterinarians in Östhammar! At our clinics in Östhammar and Tierp, nine veterinarians, two veterinary nurses, and four animal caretakers work. We are now looking for another licensed veterinarian to join our happy and close-knit team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for someone who wants to develop with us. As a veterinarian with us, being on call is a natural part of the job.

Driving is also a natural part of the job, and you need to feel comfortable with it. Taking personal responsibility and making independent decisions are part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a Swedish veterinary license. We see that you are engaged, flexible, comfortable with working alone, value good service and customer relationships, and work for the team's best towards common goals. Our operations consist of small animal practice as well as work with horses and farm animals. For this position, we see that you are interested in working with all types of animals, but you may have a particular interest in either small animals or farm animals. If you have experience in dental care for small animals, it is a merit but not a requirement. The position includes on-call duties for all types of animals. We place great importance on good collaboration skills and personal suitability, where being self-driven, loyal, service-oriented, and having good judgment are seen as important abilities. A valid B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken, are required. If you want to be part of a well-functioning team with high competence, apply today!
