Job Description:

As a Cashier and Information Staff member at BAUHAUS, you play an important role as BAUHAUS's face to our customers. In your role, you will work at our checkout line with standard cashier tasks as well as at our information desk providing customer service by answering questions via the desk, email, and phone. You are also our first point of contact for handling complaints and returns, so it is important that you have a humble attitude, are service-minded, and professional towards the customer's needs and wishes.

You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys and is good at working with people and is service- and customer-focused. We appreciate that you are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude towards your surroundings. You need to be outgoing, independent, and flexible to thrive in this role. We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined with industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but it is not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form, and English in spoken form. In this recruitment, we will request an extract from the criminal record.
