At Sprio, we are looking for someone who wants to develop within customer service and is passionate about helping others! In this role, you will receive incoming calls from customers who have questions about apps, smartphones, computers, and tablets.

The position is based in Solna, and the employment begins with a fully paid training so that you have the right conditions to answer customer inquiries.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is solution-oriented and service-minded
• Has a complete high school diploma
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Experience with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus

Working hours:

The position is 80-100%, and you will work varying hours scheduled within the customer service department's opening hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday-Sunday.

Note. This is a permanent position, and this job is not suitable for those who are studying and planning to continue their studies in the fall.
