As a seller with us at Grewin Sales, you will initially have these tasks.

• Call so much that the phone glows on the call lists I prepare for you
• Listen to me when I take my sales calls, and learn from them
• Take the sales meetings you have booked (over the phone) and close as many deals as you can with me personally as your coach

Over time, when you become really good, you will be offered appointment setters and sales assistants to spend even more time on the phone effectively to sell even more. My goal is for you to sell as much as possible with my help. The ultimate goal is for you, as a future hyper-competent seller, to be able to take sales meeting after sales meeting with a well-oiled machine that makes it possible. I, as the CEO, am very process-oriented and take personal development very seriously. Here we work with a leadership style where we SHOW you how to do it. I will sell in front of your eyes; that’s how you learn best.

So, to the formalities… Here are some quick facts about the position:

• On-site in Stockholm, not hybrid or remote
• A one-month guaranteed salary of 20,000 SEK during the intensive training phase for you to get accustomed to how we work and feel secure in closing deals on your own. After that, when you start making your own deals, it’s 100% commission.
• B2B sales. The product is unspecified regarding industry, and it’s a type of educational product we sell where managers in general are our target group. So you will learn a lot about how to conduct conversations with managers and gain broad experience in the business world and how it works in the rooms where real decisions are made.
• The average price of what we sell is about 50,000 SEK per membership, but we have some memberships that sell for up to 200,000 SEK.
• Your commission as a seller is 20% per sold unit. You can expect to reach a monthly salary of at least 50,000 SEK within 3-6 months if you take my coaching seriously.
• Benefits you can expect immediately when you start: free breakfast at the office every morning and a work computer
• Benefits you can expect after 6 months: gym membership, health insurance, company trips, investment course (which will come in handy when you have plenty of surplus capital after you start earning serious money here)
• I will teach you to sell with Straight Line Selling, which comes from none other than Jordan Belfort originally
