We are looking for a communicator who can join our client in the traffic industry as a consultant, where you will play a key role in creating engaging and clear communication in a dynamic and socially important organization.

The internal communication and support function works to strengthen and develop the organization's internal communication through strategic guidance and follow-up. Additionally, the team handles parts of the external communication, such as the employer brand.

The unit is part of the communications and sales department, which is responsible for all communication, as well as sales and service towards travelers. The department consists of over 120 employees, of which nine specifically work with internal communication and communication support.

The client is in an exciting development phase with many changes within the organization. They are now looking for a digital communicator who can ensure that their websites and intranet maintain the highest quality. A large part of the role involves working operationally to renew and develop the image bank from the ground up, in close collaboration with other teams.

The assignment currently offers the opportunity for both remote work and work at the office in Stockholm. The distribution of working days and times is adjusted according to the needs of the business and in consultation with the client.

Requirements

• Education: Academic degree in communication or equivalent relevant vocational training.

• Experience: At least three years of work experience in creating and publishing news and content for web and intranet.

• Previous assignments: Must have had at least one assignment as a writer and be a highly skilled writer in Swedish.

• At least 3 years of work experience with image management, photography, and image banks in a communications department.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment where you have many contacts and tasks ongoing simultaneously. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are engaged, proactive, structured, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
