Driven Customer Club Assistant Wanted for Iduna's Finnish Customer Club!

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written, who is passionate about sales, has an eye for quality and service, and is quick-thinking and administratively inclined.

In your role as a customer club assistant, you will be the important link between the company and Iduna's most loyal members. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Create and publish club materials & mailings.
• Produce newsletters.
• Plan & create club campaigns and simpler graphic designs as requested.
• Develop analyses and statistics on our club campaigns and activities.

To fit this role, it is important that you:

• Master Finnish fluently in both spoken and written form. We also expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Have an interest in marketing communication and sales.
• Have knowledge of Office programs.
• Have the ability to organize and plan.
• Enjoy a role with a lot of customer contact and like to communicate via email and chat.

Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.

We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline.
