Order Handler for Store in Årsta

As an order handler, you will be an important part of a specialty store in Årsta. The job involves various tasks such as order picking, sorting, forklift driving, and goods handling. You will also assist customers both via phone and in-store with questions about their orders, deliveries, and other matters. Since the store caters to businesses, most customer inquiries are related to order status and delivery times rather than specific product features. If needed, you have competent colleagues to consult.

This is a summer temporary position between weeks 23-33.

Working Hours:

The store's opening hours are between 06:30 and 16:00 on weekdays.

Examples of Tasks:

• Forklift driving (A)
• Order management
• Unpacking goods
• Receiving customers in-store and via phone
• Goods handling

About You:

We are looking for someone who has a forklift license A and preferably experience in order picking or customer service. Experience from the building trade or similar industries is a big plus. We also expect you to have good computer skills, preferably experience with SAP.

The most important thing is that you have the right personal qualities: you are driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be self-motivated, structured, and flexible, with a strong work ethic and a quality-conscious approach. The ability to work towards daily goals is also an advantage.

Formal Requirements:

• Forklift license A
• Swedish and English
• Good computer skills (SAP)
• Experience in customer contact
• Experience in specialty retail or the construction industry
