In addition to healthcare, our family in the Support and Care Department consists of LSS, the nutrition unit, Labor Market and Integration (AMI), and Individual and Family Care (IFO).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse for the Support and Care operations at Nyviksvägen elderly home. Do you want to make a difference in a small and personal municipality? Are you passionate about community and working closely with the operations? As an employee of Ragunda municipality, you will have a broad work situation, with opportunities to see the whole of your operations. Working closely with the operations makes it easier to be an important part of the whole.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applied.

As a nurse in our municipality, you will work with home healthcare in ordinary housing and/or special housing. You work independently but in close collaboration with nursing assistants, other care staff, unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and case managers. Collaboration with primary care is also part of the job. You are responsible for and involved in care planning together with inpatient care and primary care. Weekend work every sixth week within the entire municipality, including 1177 cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a nursing degree. We prefer that you are a specialist trained, district nurse, or elderly nurse. If you have other specialist training, e.g., elderly care nurse, or other relevant further education, it is an advantage. Experience in municipal healthcare is also an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position requires you to have a B driver's license.
