JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working in care and support who wants to come and work with us at the Night Patrol in Bräcke. You are expected to work both in home care and inside the assisted living facility (Gimsätra).

You should have the ability to work salutogenically and with a rehabilitative approach, always prioritizing the needs of the users together with the other staff. You should be responsible and comfortable with working alone. You should be good at collaborating and be a good listener.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, especially regarding approach and positive attitude.

There may be individuals who have relocation or preferential rights according to LAS.

In Bräcke municipality, we apply the desired employment degree within the department of care and support. We offer you a permanent position at 100% as a base, but you choose the employment degree you want.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is advantageous if you have training in the nursing program (nursing assistant) of at least 1500 points. You should also have basic computer skills and be prepared to learn about our data systems, such as LifeCare and Time Care, Tunstall. A valid B driver's license is required to work in the night patrol.
