JOB DESCRIPTION

Two of our regular employees will be on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for new colleagues.

Do you want to make a difference in a small and personal municipality? Are you passionate about community and working closely with operations? As an employee in Ragunda municipality, you will have a broad work situation, with opportunities to see the whole of your operations. Working closely with the operations makes it easier to be an important part of the whole.

We are now looking for two nurses/district nurses for the Support and Care operations. The positions are 100% temporary with start date by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

As a nurse at Bergegården Elderly Home in Stugun, you will work with home healthcare in ordinary housing and/or special housing. You will work independently but in close collaboration with nursing assistants, other care staff, unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and case managers. Collaboration with primary care is also part of the job. You are responsible for and involved in care planning together with inpatient care and primary care. Weekend work every sixth week within all our home care areas and special housing in Ragunda municipality, including 1177 cases.

As a Pool Nurse, you do not have a fixed area but will work across all our home care areas and special housing in Ragunda municipality. Primarily, you will provide support in the various areas during absences where you will work with standard nursing tasks within home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a nursing degree. We prefer you to be a specialist trained, district nurse, or elderly nurse. If you have other specialist training, e.g., elderly care nurse, or other relevant further education, it is an advantage. Experience in municipal healthcare is also an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position requires you to have a B driving license.
